Circus worker Bill Bogard wins big and with the new found money finally finds the nerve to propose to the lovely entertainer Mitzie. However just before the wedding Bill disappears leaving Mitzie distraught! The victim of an unscrupulous hypnotist Bill comes to his senses on the very same cruise ship that is taking Mitzie home after her failed wedding.
