Captain Bob Raymond of the border patrol takes a break hunting smugglers to assist Inventor Thomas Edmonds in testing his experiment new plane using his Contragrav anti-gravity deivce. However the cunning Mortimer Crome has learned about the invention too and with the aid of his henchmen he aims to steal it! Lots of thrilling aerial action follows as Bob sets out to foil Mortimer and safe guard Edmonds' invention.
